Age Requirement for Delivery

All shipments require an adult signature from a recipient 21 years of age or older. The carrier will request valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all U.S. states where the sale and delivery of our products is legal. Certain jurisdictions restrict or prohibit direct-to-consumer tobacco shipments; we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally delivered to the destination address.

Carriers and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via USPS and/or other carriers as applicable. Estimated delivery times are 5 business days after processing, though actual delivery times may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

$7.99 flat rate shipping on all orders $99.99 or less. Free Shipping on all orders $100 and above.

PACT Act Compliance

As required under the PACT Act, we report applicable delivery sales to state tobacco tax authorities and comply with the tobacco tax, licensing, and delivery-sale laws of the state of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at [insert contact email] within [7] days so we can investigate with the carrier.
